Crystelle (Stelle) – Head Nurse
With a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, Animal Technology, Microchip Implantation, and Training & Assessment, Stelle brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to her role as Head Nurse. Growing up surrounded by animals, it was only natural for her to turn that love into a career.
Stelle is passionate about caring for hospitalised patients, supporting clients at reception, and being a friendly face in consults. Her focus is always on keeping pets comfortable, well-fed, and as stress-free as possible – with plenty of cuddles, of course!
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her camping, gardening, fishing, or spending time with her family – including her two Vizslas, Scarlet and Georgie, some very pampered sheep and goats, and a quirky flock of chickens. For Stelle, animals are family – and she’s committed to treating yours the same way.

Kylie – Veterinary Nurse
Kylie brings nearly a decade of experience to the Warby Street Vet Clinic team, with a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and a strong passion for emergency care. She has also completed advanced training in emergency and critical care nursing—a course she found incredibly rewarding and confidence-building. Kylie thrives in fast-paced situations and finds deep satisfaction in seeing patients recover, especially those who have come in critically ill and leave with wagging tails or gentle purrs.
Empathy is at the heart of Kylie’s approach. She treats every patient as though they were her own, always striving to provide gentle, compassionate care. Whether she’s celebrating a patient’s recovery or supporting them through their stay, she takes the time to ensure each animal feels safe, loved, and respected.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys horse riding and competing in cattle events on horseback. Her home life is just as animal-filled as her work—she shares it with three dogs, a cat, two horses, and five chooks. She says she couldn’t live without her dogs and horses, both of which bring her immense joy.
For Kylie, Warby Street Vet Clinic is more than a workplace—it’s a second family. She loves being part of a kind, caring team and is proud to work in an environment where high standards of care are the norm and every patient matters.

Shannon – Veterinary Nurse
Shannon has been a valued member of our team for over 10 years. Her journey into veterinary nursing began with online study, and she completed her practical placement right here at Warby Street Vet Clinic—where she’s been ever since!
Shannon has always had a passion for working with animals and finally made the leap to turn that dream into a career. Since then, she’s gone on to expand her skills, completing additional training as a puppy school trainer, a role she found incredibly rewarding.
Her warm, bright, and uplifting personality makes her a joy to work with, both for her colleagues and for the many clients and pets she supports each day.
When she’s not at the clinic, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her garden, riding her horses, relaxing with her small animals, and getting lost in a good book.

Lynne – Veterinary Nurse
Lynne has been a valued part of the Warby Street Vet team for over nine years, bringing not only her experience and qualifications, but a genuine passion for animal care that started at a very young age. Growing up on a farm, Lynne developed a deep connection with animals — she fondly recalls sitting with sick chickens as a child, gently playing her music box in hopes it would help them feel better.
Today, that same quiet compassion shines through in her work. Lynne is a qualified veterinary nurse with additional training in Delta dog behaviour and puppy preschool education. She has a special interest in reducing fear and anxiety in pets during clinic visits, helping both animals and their owners feel more at ease.
Always keen to expand her knowledge, Lynne has recently completed a course in pain management and is currently studying canine hydrotherapy to further support recovery and wellbeing in dogs.
Outside of work, Lynne is happiest spending time on the farm with her beloved dogs or riding her horse through the paddocks. She shares her home with two “broken dogs” — lovingly nicknamed by her daughter. One is a deaf cattle dog who adores everyone, and the other a border collie cross who, after a serious leg fracture, found his perfect role as a much-loved companion rather than a working dog. One day, Lynne hopes to add a miniature donkey to the mix!
Lynne believes that compassion comes naturally when you love what you do — and her calm, caring presence is something both our clients and their pets truly appreciate.

Nicola – Veterinary Nurse
Nicola has always known she was destined to work with animals. From her very first work experience placement, it was clear that veterinary nursing was the perfect fit. She loves the variety that each day at Warby Street Vet Clinic brings—no two days are ever the same, and she thrives in the ever-changing, hands-on environment.
Nicola has a special interest in surgical nursing. She particularly enjoys admitting patients in the morning and connecting with their owners before caring for them throughout the day. She finds great satisfaction in using her surgical and anaesthetic skills to help animals through procedures and back on the road to recovery.
At home, Nicola’s love for animals continues—she shares her life with a lively mix of pets including two horses, two miniature ponies, a German Wirehaired Pointer, a Jack Russell, a parrot, guinea fowl, ducks, and chickens. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll most likely find her outdoors, enjoying her garden and the peaceful company of her animals.
Nicola brings calm, dedication, and a genuine passion for animal care to everything she does at Warby Street.

Keeley – Veterinary Nurse
Keeley has been a valued member of the Warby Street Vet Clinic team for the past two years, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a range of general practices and emergency centres. With a diploma in general practice and a strong passion for emergency and critical care, Keeley thrives in high-pressure situations and finds great reward in helping critically ill patients recover and return home.
One of the proudest moments in her career was monitoring anaesthesia and providing post-operative care for a thoracotomy patient—an experience that showcased her calm under pressure and dedication to patient welfare. She takes pride in ensuring every animal in her care is warm, well-fed, and showered with affection (and plenty of scratches!).
Keeley’s favourite part of working at Warby Street is the high standard of care the clinic provides, paired with a supportive and professional team environment. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring new destinations and enjoying fine dining at top-notch restaurants.

Rory – Veterinary Nurse
Rory is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet at Warby Street Vet Clinic. Having recently completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, she’s been part of the team for the past nine months and brings a lifelong passion for animals to her role. From a young age, Rory knew she wanted to work with animals, and she especially enjoys caring for small animals and helping pet owners feel confident and supported during their visits.
Rory finds it incredibly rewarding to see animals head home happy and healthy with relieved, smiling owners. She’s particularly interested in canine behaviour and training, as well as equine studies, and is currently training to host puppy preschool classes—something she’s very excited about. Her calm and gentle approach prioritises the comfort of her patients, using low-stress handling and working at each animal’s pace to ensure a positive experience.
Outside the clinic, Rory spends time training and having fun with her energetic border collie, Pepper—who keeps her on her toes and has a cheeky habit of eating things she shouldn’t! She also enjoys reading, drawing, and dreams of one day owning a horse, a species she finds fascinating and would love to learn to ride.
Rory’s favourite part of working at Warby Street is caring for hospital patients and, of course, getting to meet all the adorable puppies. She especially enjoys connecting with owners during consults, sharing stories, and helping strengthen the human-animal bond.

Claire – Veterinary Nurse
Claire is a cornerstone of the Warby Street Vet Clinic team, having been with us for over nine years. With dual qualifications in Animal Care (Cert III) and Veterinary Nursing (Cert IV), she brings a deep well of knowledge and experience to every aspect of her role. Her journey into the veterinary world began as a kennel hand during her school years—a role that sparked a lifelong passion for working with animals.
Claire has a particular interest in surgical nursing, especially caesareans and orthopaedic procedures, and she’s equally at home working with large animals. Outside of the clinic, Claire and her husband run a livestock farm, where she’s often found hand-rearing lambs and passing on her love for animals to their two children.
When she’s not working or on the farm, Claire enjoys camping, water skiing, and spending quality time with family and friends. She considers Warby Street her second family and has a soft spot for the wonderful clients and patients she’s come to know so well over the years.
Claire’s warm, down-to-earth nature and extensive experience make her an invaluable part of the team—and someone both clients and colleagues truly trust.

Rachel – Veterinary Nurse
Rachel joined the Warby Street Vet Clinic team a year ago and brings with her a strong academic background and a deep passion for animal care. She holds both a Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing from Melbourne Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Biosciences, reflecting her commitment to understanding and supporting animal health from every angle.
Rachel has always known she wanted to work with animals, and finds the most rewarding part of her job is seeing sick pets recover and return home to their families feeling happy and well. Dedicated to ongoing learning, she is a member of the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia and is actively working toward AVNAT registration, regularly attending professional development opportunities to provide the best possible care to her patients.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel is an avid reader and gamer, and she shares her home with her beloved cat, Vesta—a mischievous five-year-old she lovingly describes as a “well-loved gremlin.”
For Rachel, the highlight of working at Warby Street is the warm, caring team that makes every day enjoyable and supportive—for both staff and clients alike.
