If you have an emergency at any time contact us immediately on (03) 5721 7177.

During business hours we can see any emergencies immediately.

A vet is available on call 24/7 outside of regular business hours. When you call (03) 5721 7177, you will hear a recorded message that will provide the mobile number of the on-call vet. Be sure to have a pen ready to write down the number. The vet will then arrange to see your animal as soon as possible.

If you are unsure if your problem is an emergency please give us a ring anyway as it is always better to be safe than sorry, even if it is 3am!!

Emergency afterhours fee’s start at $500 with additional costs depending on the treatment and medication required. We require payment at time of patient discharge. Click this link to see payment solutions we have available.
