If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us immediately on (03) 5721 7177.
During Business Hours
We are fully equipped to handle emergencies during our regular opening hours. If your pet needs urgent care, we will prioritise them and see them immediately.
After-Hours Emergencies
A veterinarian is on call 24/7 outside of our normal business hours. All after-hours calls are triaged via Vetchat to assess the urgency of the situation, and we will arrange to see your pet as soon as possible if emergency care is required.

After-Hours Fees
Emergency consultation fees start at $500
Additional costs will depend on the treatment, tests, and medications required
Full payment is required at the time of your pet’s discharge
