If you have an emergency at any time contact us immediately on (03) 5721 7177.

During business hours we can see any emergencies immediately.

Outside business hours there is always a vet on call. When you telephone (03) 5721 7177 there will be a recorded message directing you to telephone the appropriate vet’s mobile phone. It is a good idea to have a pen ready to copy down the number. They will then arrange to see your animal as soon as they can.

If you are unsure if your problem is an emergency please give us a ring anyway as it is always better to be safe than sorry, even if it is 3am!!
